Hey, we are having a very exiiting golf tounament this weekend.  It is held every year but this year, Sea Side is proud to be part of it.  It is going to be held at Casa Blanca Golf Villas on Sandy Beach.  There will be prices, trophies, raffles.  Cant wait for it!!  Registrations are going on right now, you can  call us if you want information.  All proceeds will go to the Peñasco Children Foundation.  It is all in good fun, it is all for a good cause!!

We are in a very festive mood. With ONLY 18 condos left to closeout the inventory at the Sonoran Sky Resort. We want to invite you to join us as neighbors and bring along your friends and family. Therefore, we are offering to double the referral fees for our owners as follows.2 bedroom fees are $2,000, 3 bedroom fees are $3,000 and 4 bedroom referral fees are $4000. These fees also apply to you on the purchase of another condo for yourself, as well as your friends and family. Contact your Sales Associate for more details.  

We have attached a current Inventory list with pricing. Subject to change without notice. We still have commercial space for sale, on a first come-first serve basis.

The steps are very easy.1. Contact Marcos directly per the instructions in your letter and make your appointment.2. Contact rafael@sonoran-resorts to receive your pay-off balance if cashing out.3. Bring your checkbook. You are required to pay the one-time HOA reserve fund of $500 plus pro-rated HOA dues for 2007 and 1^st quarter dues for 2008. 3-bedroom condo owners will need to pay for the optional Jacuzzi that you ordered at this time also. 

Many of you will be spending the holidays here in Puerto Peñasco. Please include us in your plans and make time to visit the new Sonoran Sky Resort. We recommend that you place a condo on hold today. Don’t miss another opportunity to become a family member of the new Sonoran Sky resort. We are anticipating a very busy weekend and we will be looking for you.

Arizona will spend $1.5 million to construct more lanes at the border crossing at Lukeville to help prevent Arizonans from having to wait for hours trying to get back into this country after visiting Puerto Peñasco.
Members of the state Transportation Board approved the funding at their meeting Friday. Doug Nintzel, spokesman for the Department of Transportation, said the board wants to increase the number of vehicles that can be processed at the often-crowded port of entry.
The funding, though, is contingent on private firms coming up with….

Tina was very happy about the new furniture as it was being delivered the lobby of the Sonoran Sky. It looks beautiful. I loaded a few pictures of the lobby area from today.
