| My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. The property was clean, security was always around and the staff was very nice and helpful. The condo was very beautiful and we were close to everything. Beach was wonderful! After this great experience I don't think we will be booking any place else but, Las Gaviotas! |

| Las Gaviotas was so much more than we expected. The condos were big, beautifully and tastefully decorated with a very cultural feel. I loved waking up on the beach- and being so close to town was very convenient. We already are planning our next visit! |

| I loved this place, we were there in October, beautiful weather,the condominium was excellent, service excellent. very happy, We really enjoyed our stayed at Las Gaviotas. |

| It's nice to be within walking distance to town. We stay here every year because the condos are well kept and right on the beach. |

| My family and I enjoyed this property. we can walk to town,perfect location. We loved the mexican style decoration in each condo. Very good service. |
